This is an original 1937 bond assurance card issued by the National Surety Corporation for James H. Klemmer, a member of the Reading Automobile Club. The certificate guaranteed up to $5,000 in the event of arrest or detention for motor vehicle law violations or other specific offenses. It features printed signatures from the President of National Surety Corporation and the Secretary-Manager of the Reading Automobile Club. The card is in excellent vintage condition with clear text and a decorative border, showing minor age-related wear consistent with its age.
