Advertising Bellefontaine Federal Savings ceramic bell featuring the building on one side and an outdoor winter scene with a horse drawn sleigh, hauling people, a boy carrying wood with his dog and a snowy countryside. This is accented with gold gilt. This is dated 1976. Very good used condition. This has some clean fine crazing lines in various spots. This has a few very tiny flea bite nicks on the base rim area.
